ham scalloped potatos

Ingredients:
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 lb of ham in cubes
  • a bowl full of peeled and sliced potatos
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 6 T flour
  • 1 lb of shredded cheese (smoked cheese mixed in)
  • 2 T mustard
Directions:
Oven to 350 degrees. layer dish with potatos and ham.
Warm milk in microwave safe dish. In a saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour for 2 minutes. Gradually add milk. Turn off heat. Add cheese and mustard. Stir until cheese melts (turn on low if needed). Pour cheese sauce over potatos. Bake for 1 hour.
