- 1 lb ground beef (if you double the recipe you can add other kinds of ground meat- turkey/pork etc).
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 can of diced tomatos
- 1 can of beans (kidney beans, black beans, white or garbanzo)
- 1/2 can (or small can) of tomato sauce
- 3-4 t of chili seasoning (paprika, garlic salt, onion salt, cumin)
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: for tomato free/acid free substituted canned pumpkin and canned beat juice for tomatos- add beat juice carefully until it is the right color, for added thickness add a can of refried beans, for more flavor add some pesto sauce,
