Chilean Rice Pilaf

  • White long grain rice
  • water ( aproximately 1.5 parts to 1 part rice)
  • curry seasoning
  • oregano (optional)
  • pepper (optional)
  • salt
  • oil
  • vegetables (corn or other frozen veggetable mixes)

Fry rice in pan with oil, then add spices. When rice is translucent add water to cook rice. Boil water and then turn it down to simmer. Check rice after 15 minutes.
