Chilean Salad

  • Lettuce (the greener and younger the better), arugula etc.
  • Fresh tomatos, cut in small pieces
  • Lemon juice (fresh squeezed lemon juice is best, but jarred lemon juice is ok too).

Pour lemon juice over lettuce and tomatos. Serve.
