Chicken Katsu

Rinse, dry and trim chicken

Smash chicken breasts (or cut into two like cake into layers) so that it is thiner. 

salt and pepper chicken

get three plates out. 

put flour in the first. 

Put a few eggs, whisked in the second

put panko crumbs in the third. 


Submerge chicken in flour first, then egg and then panko crumbs. Making sure to get it covered with each. 


Pan or deep fry for a few minutes each side. 


Serve with Tonkatsu sauce, sushi rice and a vegetable if you like.
