Marinade for grilling

 

1-2 pounds of protein (chicken breast or chicken thighs is what I typically use)

1/4 maple syrup

2 T olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Stone ground Mustard

2 T soy sauce better if you spill a little more

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Garlic powder (or garlic fresh minced or bottle of garlic) Can use Ginger as a substitute

1 t black pepper


amounts don't have to be exact. 

Add all the above to a freezer gallon ziplock. 

Add the meat (preferably rinse, pat dry and trim).

Close the ziplock with as little air as possible. 

Marinade for 20-a few days.
