Fried Rice

  • leftover cooked rice
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • soy sauce
  • oil
  • add ins; bacon, spam, leftover meat, scrambled eggs, cilantro, green onions, frozen mixed veggies (cook before adding), etc.
On the stovetop in a large pan saute garlic and ginger in oil. Then add rice a cup at a time. Use spatula to get up crispy rice on the bottom of the pan and stir the rice. When rice is crispy and cooked, add soy sauce (to taste) and add ins.
