Homemade Hummus

  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans garbanzo beans (drain all liquid into a glass)
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1/3 c tahini (sesame sauce/paste)
  • 6 T lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor (or blender). Add reserved garbanzo liquid until texture is as desired. Keeps in fridge for a week or so.
