Chicken Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 package of ramen noodles
  • 1/4 c slivered or diced almonds
  • 2 T sesame seeds (can omit)
  • 3 c shredded Napa or green cabbage (1/2 of head)
  • 2 c chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c chopped red sweet pepper
  • 3 T oil
  • 2 T white wine or rice vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 t sugar
Directions:
Break up noodles and bake with almonds and sesame seed at 350 for 5-8 minutes. Remove and cool. In large bowl add; cabbage, chicken, green onions, and red pepper. Add noodles. Add dressing.
For dressing- combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, mix well.
