- day old rice (about 4 cups)
- 2 T oil or fat from bacon
- ginger, garlic minced (about 1 T each)
- soy sauce and/or other spices or sauces
- optional
- bacon, cut in pieces and sauted on stove
- leftover meat cut in bite size pieces
- cilantro, parsley, green onions chopped
- frozen veggies (carrots, peas, beans)
- other leftovers cut in bite size pieces
- onion cut in pieces (fry with garlic)
1. If using bacon, cut up bacon and cook, save fat for next step.
2. cook ginger, garlic and onion in oil.
3. Throw in the old rice.
4. break up rice with spatula and flip so as to mix in all the oil.
5. add veggies and leftovers
6. add fresh herbs.
Serve.
