French Herb Cheese

Ingredients:

• 1 clove garlic
• 1 T parsley
• 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
• 1/4 c butter, room temp
• 1/8 t salt
• 1/8 t pepper
• dash Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Mince garlic, blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve on crackers, bagels etc.
Optional: add more garlic and/or more parsley.
