Ingredients:
- 1 T salt
- 2 T rice wine/rice vinegar/liquor
- 1 slice ginger crushed
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1 pound of chicken pieces (any kind)
- cornstarch
- oil to fry
- salt
1. Mix salt, rice wine, ginger, garlic together in a bowl.
2. Pour A onto chicken. Make sure the chicken is dripping.
3. Put a cup or so of cornstarch into a ziploc bag or bowl.
4. Drop chicken into the bag or bowl and cover well in cornstarch.
5. Fry in oil ( 350 degrees).
