- hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut in 1/4s.
- string beans cooked
- steamed baby red potatoes, cut in 1/2
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil (usually Italian) (can used grilled fresh tuna)
- tomatoes cut in quarters
- artichoke hearts
- black olives
- optional;
- sliced onions
- lettuce
- Parmesan
cook ingredients ahead of time and serve on platter cold. Drizzle with an Italian dressing or olive oil and some spices. Season with salt and pepper.
