Vanilla White Cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c butter, room temp
• 2/3 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 t baking powder
• 1/4 t salt
• 1/4 c milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, then vanilla. In another bowl mix the dry stuff. Then add to butter. Finally add milk.
bake for 18-20 minutes. Be careful not to overbake or leave out too long, these can be dry.
