Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/3 c good olive oil
  • 2 t dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 t fresh lemon juice
  • 3 T tarragon vinegar (or just plain)
  • 1 t worchester sauce
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Combine in blender until creamy.
