- 1 egg beaten
- 1/3 c good olive oil
- 2 t dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 t fresh lemon juice
- 3 T tarragon vinegar (or just plain)
- 1 t worchester sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Combine in blender until creamy.
