Chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 3/4 c ground chocolate (Ghiradelli makes one in the baking aisle)
  • 1 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 butter, room temp
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 eggs
Directions;
In one bowl add all dry stuff. Then add milk, butter, and vanilla. Beat until combined. Then add eggs. Beat a couple minutes more.
Then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. This makes about 24 cupcakes.
