Ingredients:
- Dough;
- 2 C flour
- 2/3 c lukewarm water
- Filling
- 1 lb won bok (napa) cabbage
- 2/4 lb ground pork
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 T wine
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 t sugar
- 2-3 black mushrooms
For dough, put floor in food processor, add water slowly. When forms ball, let rest for about 30 minutes.
For filling place cabbage and mushrooms in food processor and pulse fine. Then drain. Add 1/2 t salt to cabbage. Then add 1 t salt to the pork. Mix soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, sugar. Then mix all of the filling together.
To assemble take small ball of dough and roll out. Place small amount of filling inside and then seal edges of dough with water.
To cook; fry, boil or pan fry to cook.
serve with black vinegar and other dipping sauces.
