Spaghetti Al Sugo

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles cooked al dente- don't over cook noodles, taste and drain quickly.
  • 1 large can of Italian plum tomatoes
  • 1 large onion sliced thinly
  • 5 T butter
  • 1 t salt
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer uncovered for about 30-40 minutes. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Serves 4-5.
