1. Bake/grill; put salmon on tin foil and then after dressing it, fold tinfoil over and seal at top.
Stove top: oil a pan and then place salmon on top.
2. place oil or pats of butter on top of salmon.
3. Drizzle with lemon juice or place thin slices of lemon on top of the salmon.
4. salt salmon and then scatter dill on top.
bake or pan fry for 5-10 minutes, depending on amount of heat. If you pan fry it cover while cooking, so as to cook the top.
