Homemade Egg Noodles


Ingredients:
  • 3+ eggs
  • 2+ cups of flour
1. Mix in Cuisinart or by hand until it forms a ball. If it doesn't, add more egg or flour to get the texture right.
2. Then knead once or twice by hand and cut into 4 pieces.
3. Roll a piece with a rolling pin.
4. if you have a pasta machine then process the dough through the rolls (starting at the highest number and ended at the lowest), then use the cutters to break into strands.
4. if you don't have a pasta machine, then roll as thin as possible and then cut using a pizza cutter.

5. boil in water. It won't take long 3-4 minutes. Test frequently for taste and when they float take then out.

serve immediately.
