- 2-4 pork chops
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 1 small can of chicken broth
- Flour/cornstarch for thickening
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1 package of egg noodles (cooked) can substitute other noodles
Brown pork chops in oil. Add garlic and chicken broth. cook at low simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until pork chops are done (ready if cut near bone and no pink). remove pork chops from pan. Mix flour or cornstarch and water. Boil gravy then add slowly to gravy and stop when desired consistency is reached (although it will get a bit thicker as you boil it). Add lemon juice to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles.
