- 1 c sugar
- 1 c cornstarch
- 2 c water
- 12 oz coconut milk
Add coconut milk and water to make 1 qt. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Dissolve in coconut milk. Cook on med. heat stirring constantly. Lower heat when mixture begins to thicken; continue cooking to a clear thick consistency. Pour into 8 inch sq. pan and cool.
To serve cut into pieces
