French Bread Pizza

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cooking
Ingredients:
  • 2 loaves of french bread (cooked if frozen)
  • pizza sauce (in a squeeze bottle is easiest) (or pureed tomato and basil)
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded (fresh or regular)
    • here you can substitute a nondairy cheese that will melt under the broiler.
  • other toppings
    • pepperoni, sliced into strips
    • any other pizza topping, just cut small and cooked first if needed.
Directions:
Slice french bread into 2 inch slices.
Place flat on cookie sheet. Spread with a little sauce, cheese and other toppings.
Broil for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts. Watch carefully these cook quickly.
