Zaidee's Cucumber Salad

Time; only about 10 minutes, but best eaten after its been chilled for awhile.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced (I like to make one cut from outside to the center of the cucumber, this makes them curl more in the salad).
  • 7 T rice vinegar (can substitute regular vinegar)
  • 1/3 t salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/2 t soy sauce
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and stir until sugar is dissolved. Toss cucumber slices in dressing. Chill for awhile.
