Pat's Famous Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb of chicken, cooked and cut up into bit sized pieces
  • 1 lb of pasta, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups red grapes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sauce
    • 3/4 c (or one part) mayo
    • 3/4 c (or one part) yogurt
    • 2 t salt
    • 1-7 T curry powder
    • 1-7 T ground cumin
    • 1/2 jar major grey's mango chutney
  • Optional:
    • peanuts (as garnish)
    • celery (in salad)\
Directions;
Mix sauce ingredients together. In separate bowl, mix other ingredients together. Then pour sauce over other bowl. Best served cold. Flavors get stronger after a few days.
