- 1 lb of chicken, cooked and cut up into bit sized pieces
- 1 lb of pasta, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups red grapes, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Sauce
- 3/4 c (or one part) mayo
- 3/4 c (or one part) yogurt
- 2 t salt
- 1-7 T curry powder
- 1-7 T ground cumin
- 1/2 jar major grey's mango chutney
- Optional:
- peanuts (as garnish)
- celery (in salad)\
Mix sauce ingredients together. In separate bowl, mix other ingredients together. Then pour sauce over other bowl. Best served cold. Flavors get stronger after a few days.
